How to Install rds-tools software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

rds-tools software package provides Tools for the Infiniband RDS protocol, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install rds-tools

rds-tools is installed in your system.

Make ensure the rds-tools package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rds-tools *

You will get with rds-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
